Sadie Frost is an acclaimed filmmaker, actor and creative producer whose work explores the intersection of culture, identity and female empowerment. She is an Executive Producer on the new documentary RESCUE, about animal rescue on the front line in Ukraine, which will premiere at Raindance Film Festival – bringing valuable industry standing to Born On Death Row, where animal advocacy and documentary storytelling demand a fine balance.
Her directorial debut, Quant (2021), celebrated the revolutionary designer Mary Quant and was praised for its stylish storytelling and feminist energy. Her follow-up, Twiggy (2025), offered a fresh, intimate portrait of the world’s first supermodel, blending rare archive with modern reflection.
She has been a life long vegetarian and a supporter of animal rights. She works with many charities and teaches yoga and meditation for charities in Camden. She is also a certified Jivamukti teacher and runs retreats in Gozo at Amchara, Malta.
